SHOPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

By post or Shipping Company. In most cases tracking is available. Whenever that’s the case, the customer will be notified of the tracking number once we have it. With some products, tracking is not available but the delivery system is reliable.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do. Extra Shipping charges may apply to deliver outside the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, further costs may be incurred (customs, any customs fees and import sales tax) on importation into a third country. These other costs are to be carried by the customer.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Typically this takes between 5 to 7 working days but we’ll do our best to get them to you earlier.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Chairs?

Custom products such as chairs may take longer to deliver as these have to be manufactured according to customer requirements –production time usually is between 6 to 8 weeks, plus delivery time (up to 7 working days). However, on a case-by-case basis we might be able to fulfil your order immediately.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Payments can be made using PayPal and Stripe or Bank Transfer. In either case you do not need an account with these services: all you need is your credit/debit card. .

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Absolutely safe.

We don’t actually process your payment; PayPal and Stripe do. That means that payments are made outside the CorkWorks.co.uk site – they are processed through entirely reliable systems that have been in place for many years and are known to be safe.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

On your Item of choice, enter the quantity required and click on the ‘ADD TO BASKET’ button. Then go to CHECKOUT to finalise your order with payment. Done!

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes – as you place your order, you’ll be required to enter your details and Shipping Address (if different from yours). Please make sure that the shipping address is correct, as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

How Do I Track My Order?

How Can I Return a Product?

We accept returns if the items have arrived to you damaged.

We will not be held responsible for any duty fees, proper information should be obtained from your carrier to ensure package is not returned to sender. Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer.

How Can I Return a Chair?

Chairs leave the factory in perfect condition and perfectly packed. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. If a visible or concealed damage occurs in transit, please notify immediately the delivering carrier with a file notification of claim intention. Please note: Failure to report concealed damage within fifteen days of receipt will result in the denial of your claim. Any damage should also be communicated to CorkWorks during the first 48 hours after receiving the order; photographic evidence of the damages should be sent by email to us.
